| Gary joined The Rowley Agency as an account executive in 1980 after attending the UNH’s Whittemore School of Business. Gary was made a partner in the firm in 1985 and promoted to Executive Vice President in 1991. His dedication to the agency’s success was recognized with his 2003 promotion to President. His responsibilities include the motivation and management of the account executives, fostering agency and insurance company relationships, client service and administrative functions. Gary has been active on numerous industry-related boards, including the New Hampshire Good Roads Association, where he served as President in 1993. | A graduate of the University of Maine at Orono and the College of Insurance, John came to The Rowley Agency in 1984 after 23 years with a national insurance company, where he held the title of Regional Vice President. As Senior Vice President of The Rowley Agency, John manages the Portland, Maine, sales office. Active in numerous insurance industry activities, he is former chair of the Maine Automobile Plan and Workers Compensation Rating and Classification Committee. |

| After earning a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire in 1974 and working for the AIG/NH Insurance Company and The Hartford, Mark joined The Rowley Agency in 1978 as an account executive. He attained his CIC designation in 1981, and in 1996 was promoted to Vice President and partner. Mark handles a large book of diversified property and casualty accounts, including a general building contractor specializing in wastewater treatment facilities with multi-state exposures, manufactures with overseas risks, and high-tech international companies with products and E&O exposures. | Rob joined The Rowley Agency, Inc. in 1993 after working for a national insurance brokerage for 9 years. Rob graduated from University of Maine with a BS degree. He specializes in commercial risk particularly hospitality and construction. Currently Rob holds a Master Hotel Supplier designation. Rob was promoted to Vice President in 1998. |

| Christine joined The Rowley Agency in 1986 after 9 years with a Southern New Hampshire insurance agency. In 1991 Christine was promoted to Insurance Operations Manager. Her duties include managing our support team, marketing new business and Account Manager for our large, complicated accounts. She was promoted to Vice President in 1996. | John joined The Rowley Agency in 1986 after 12 years in various managerial, marketing and adjusting positions. John handles insurance for large commercial accounts throughout New England. | Susan joined The Rowley Agency, Inc. in 1979. After graduation from UNH, she worked for a small insurance agency as an account manager handling commercial accounts, claims and bonding. She moved to The Rowley Agency, Inc. to specialize in the commercial insurance side of the business. After assisting the agency with the management of the commercial, personal and claims departments, she moved on to handle the responsibilities of an Account Executive. Susan obtained her CPCU Designation in 1998. | Bob joined The Rowley Agency in 1988 as an Account Executive after spending 8 years as an underwriter with a large national insurance company. Bob is a 1979 graduate of the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. | Eric joined The Rowley Agency in 1999 as an Account Executive focusing on various commercial businesses throughout New England. Eric graduated from Saint Anselm College and began his insurance career in 1988 working as an adjuster for a major insurance company in New Jersey. Eric’s thorough claims background, especially with liability issues, has helped his clients add better risk management protection to their businesses. Eric’s enthusiasm and involvement with his client’s safety program has benefited many companies by addressing and helping to reduce their own risk. Eric earned his Associate in Claims designation in 1991 and his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2002. He is currently working to complete his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation. | Chris joined the agency in 2005 as an Account Executive. He is a 1986 graduate of the University of Maine in Portland. His background includes 8 years with The Hartford Insurance Co. as a multi-line claim adjuster & supervisor and 12 years in commercial insurance sales. Chris specializes in programs for manufacturers, wholesalers, importers & exporters, trade contractors, high tech companies and building material dealers. His background in claims has proven to be an important asset in evaluating risk for his clients and assisting at the time of loss. Chris is a Certified Insurance Counselor, a member of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, a member of Northeastern Retail Lumber Association and the Manchester Country Club and a past member of Queen City Kiwanis. |

| Mike joined the Rowley Agency after spending 10 years working for national carriers such as MetLife, Cincinnati Insurance, and Peerless Insurance. A Graduate of St. Anselm College Mike’s carrier experience was in handling all lines of claims including litigated claims, significant injury claims, workers compensation claims and professional liability. He earned his Associate in Claims and Senior Claims Law Associate designations. He spent the last several years as a senior underwriter for Peerless. His knowledge of coverage issues and risk exposure analysis will benefit his clients. Mike has also served as a selectman in his town and sat on various school district committees. | Mark recently joined the Rowley Agency as an Account Executive specializing in Commercial Risk. Mark earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1995 a Master’s Degree in Business from Southern New Hampshire University in 2008. He has lived in New Hampshire for the majority of his life in the Southern New Hampshire region. He has over 15 years of outside sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and insurance industries. Most recently he was an Account Executive with Zurich Direct Markets in New Hampshire.
