Dan has been in Benefits and the Insurance industry for 15 years. A graduate of St. Anselm College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Dan came to The Rowley Agency, Inc. in 1997. He has sat on several boards for insurance companies and is very active in the community supporting associations and athletic organizations. Dan specializes in Corporate Employee Benefits assisting organizations with all aspects of their benefits for employees. A consultative approach in market analysis and then customized benefit arrangements with strong communication support is what Dan most enjoys. Dan also works with Key Executives in their pursuit of executive bonus plans, life insurance, disability income protection and long term care. Craig has over 25 years experience in employee benefits, executive benefits and business continuity planning. He has a BA degree from the University of Maryland and received his Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 1985. Craig is actively involved with community organizations such as the United Way. He is a member of the NH Estate Planning Council. He will assist you and your company with the appropriate placement of group insurance and voluntary payroll deduction products. He will also work with you to analyze your needs for life and disability insurance to facilitate the long term continuity of your business. Continuity planning should also take into account the rewarding of key executives with executive bonus plans, disability income protection and long term care insurance.

Jim joined The Rowley Agency, Inc. in July 2007 with over 22 years of experience in the Employee Benefits field. Jim has been a Representative with one of the nation’s largest health plan carriers and has broad experience with multi-site clients and alternate-funding programs. Most recently he managed the Benefits practice of a Top 100 U.S. brokerage firm in Southern New England. In this capacity Jim was a member of the Advisory Council of two major health plans as well as one representing Brokers’ interests in the legislative arena. A 1985 graduate of Bowdoin College, Jim earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government & Legal Studies; presently he is pursuing his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation. Jim’s specialty is a consultative approach to assist clients in formulating a corporate health care strategy with market analysis, customized benefit arrangements and consumer engagement with strong communication support. Matthew joined the Rowley Agency in 2009 after working for a large healthcare carrier, and managing a small business in Manchester. He is a New Hampshire state licensed producer for Accident, Life & Health insurance. Matthew is our newest Account Executive and is focused on finding the most efficient and effective solutions to all New England employee benefits needs. He specializes in product knowledge and customer care, and is always available to help with challenging situations. A resident of Concord, Matthew can be found participating in several community events and activities.

Glenda has over 20 years experience in employee benefit sales and service. She is a graduate of Franklin Pierce College, with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and certificates in Corporate Management and Marketing. She recently completed the Bruce Mast & Associates, Inc., “Leadership on the Line” business leadership course. Glenda joined the agency after working for 12 years at a premier dental insurance company that excelled in all aspects of quality products and service. This commitment to superior service has followed her to our agency and our clientele. She is involved in community activities teaching elementary students business skills, participants in Junior Achievement, Day of Caring, and Job Shadowing. Glenda’s commitment to serving the community and our customers is a key component in customer retention and customer loyalty. Jennifer began working for The Rowley Agency, Inc. in January 2000. Prior to that she has worked for insurance carriers and third party administrators in New Hampshire and brings over 20 years of experience working in the employee benefits market. She is a licensed Producer in the State of NH . Jennifer provides service and support to Human Resource staff with the employee benefit plans sponsored by their organization and works with employers to communicate and educate employees concerning the group health benefit plans. She is responsible for education and enrollment for large group business in New England.

Christie joined The Rowley Agency in February 2008. She has worked in diverse areas in insurance since 2001. Prior to joining The Rowley Agency, Christie worked for an insurance agency in Southern New Hampshire and a large health carrier. She has a broad knowledge in employee benefits, COBRA and Massachusetts and New Hampshire mandates. She is currently a licensed producer for Accident, Life and Health insurance and as an Adjuster for Property and Casualty insurance. Christie’s role will work closely with Senior Account Managers to provide support and service for New England large group employers. Julie joined The Rowley Agency in 2003. Her professional experience is primarily customer service focused, encompassing retail and manufacturing as well as several years with a large New England insurance carrier. She has been recognized for her commitment to customer service excellence and her experience brings unique perspective on the demands facing Human Resources professionals and benefits administrators. Julie is a licensed Producer in the state of NH. Her focus is sales support, account management and service on mid-size and large employer groups in New England. In this role, Julie assists her clients’ Human Resources staff by providing annual enrollment support, employee education, customized communication materials to suit clients’ individual needs and day-to-day customer service support. Her dedication to her clients and high retention rate earned Julie a promotion to Senior Account Manager in April, 2009.
