Rowley ProcessEach of our clients is given access to My Wave™, a portal providing resources and links to newsletters, legislation and access to a community of human resources professionals. In addition, we offer HR-Connect, a comprehensive website that allows access to employee benefit plan summaries, enrollment and change forms as well up to date information in the employer’s handbook and other employment tools.

Analyze

Our services begin with conducting a comprehensive needs analysis for group insurance and other employee benefits. We work with you to determine which products will be most attractive and cost effective and tailor to meet the unique characteristics of your company.

Design

We help you design an overall benefits plan and review it with you to ensure it meets or exceeds the goals and objectives of your enterprise. We represent the best of breed carriers in the group insurance industry and while price is an important consideration, value is paramount in our ultimate recommendation. We will always recommend financially sound companies known for their quality contracts and service. Price is important but value is the most important consideration.

Implementation

Once you have agreed to put coverages or benefits in place, we work with you and the vendors to achieve the best possible result. Employee communication is a very important part of the process and we will do our best to make sure your employees understand and appreciate the benefits you provide. This will include employee meetings and benefit summaries as needed.

Manage

Occasionally you or your employees will have administrative or claim service issues that need our help. We will help you manage you benefits program. We have the experience, knowledge and tenacity to resolve these issues in a timely manner.

Review

Your company’s needs are always changing and so is the insurance market, tax and benefits law. We will work with you on an agreed review schedule to make sure your benefits are current. This will include semi-annual or quarterly scheduled review to answer employee questions.
